Ingredients for michelada (Mexican Cocktail):
360 ml of neutral beer
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 – 1 teaspoon salt
60 ml of lime juice
2 teaspoons of hot sauce (Tabasco, sriracha…)
a few drops of soy sauce
slices of lime
- On a shallow plate, mix salt and chili powder. Moisten the edges of the glass with lime slices and roll glasses in that mix with spices.
- Pour the lime juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce into a glass and stir gently. Fill a glass with ice and then add beer. Stir gently, garnish with lime and serve.
